"Some Claim, the Most Successful Book in History After the Bible"

The New York Times has a story on the Da Vinci Code movie, which includes some details about Christian individuals and groups the producers have met with and what changes might be made. If the sources cited in the article are being honest, it doesn't look as if the people putting the film together have much knowledge or confidence about the historical issues involved and the potential influence of the movie they're producing. It does look like they're confident about making a lot of money, though.
